EL LDER DEBE SER EJEMPLO



"Imtenme a m, como yo imito a Cristo" (1 Corintios 11:1)



El escritor a los hebreos, al referirse a la fe, dijo:
"Gracias ella fueron aprobados los antiguos" (Hebreos 11:2). Cuando empezamos a crecer
en el ministerio, alguien me dijo: "Pastor, por qu no organiza una serie de conferencias
dirigidas a los pastores de la ciudad para que aprendan sobre la multiplicacin?". Le
respond: "Los pastores son expertos escuchando conferencias y asistiendo a seminarios,
pero hay un mensaje que va a marcarlos, penetrar en lo profundo del corazn, es el
ejemplo. As que les predicaremos con el ejemplo". Efectivamente, esto los desafi. Al ver
el crecimiento, se inquietaban por cmo lo habamos hecho.


El lder debe hablar a sus discpulos con el ejemplo. Ellos miran su vida, su familia, su
testimonio. Mantenemos un alto testimonio si llevamos una vida de fe y nos movemos en
la dimensin de lo sobrenatural. No hay otra forma de convencer a los no creyentes, slo
predicando respaldado por el poder de Dios con seales, maravillas, prodigios y con el
fruto.



No permita que el sueo de Dios se apague
He experimentado en mi propia vida que los sueos pueden adormecerse, o sea, esa
Visin que Dios nos dio puede apagarse en nosotros. Ayudan a que esto suceda, las
preocupaciones, los problemas, los conflictos y las necesidades; muchos, por estar tan
ocupados en la obra de Dios, perdieron la visin de las multitudes, la visin primordial. El
autor de Eclesiasts lo dijo as: "Porque de la mucha ocupacin viene el sueo" (Eclesiasts
5:3).


Al cerciorarnos del llamado al ministerio, debemos hacerlo de una manera eficaz. Muchas
personas no crecen en el ministerio porque nunca lo han visto en su mente, nunca han
visualizado ms personas de las que ya tienen. Nuestra responsabilidad es
comprometernos con Dios, tomando la decisin de ser los mejores multiplicadores,
reproducindonos fielmente en otros. Hemos sido llamados a multiplicarnos. De usted
deben salir doce; de esos doce, los ciento cuarenta y cuatro; de los ciento cuarenta y
cuatro, los mil setecientos veintiocho; de los mil setecientos veintiocho salen veinte mil
setecientos treinta y seis; as salen doscientos cuarenta y ocho mil ochocientos treinta y
dos; de stos, dos millones novecientos ochenta y cinco mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro,
pasando luego a treinta y cinco millones ochocientos treinta y un mil ochocientos ocho.


Esto lo entendi el Apstol Pablo, quien dijo: ". cuando predico el evangelio, no tengo de
qu enorgullecerme" (1 Corintios 9:16). Dios abri sus ojos espirituales y pudo ver con
claridad la tragedia que sucedera a nivel mundial, si l callaba. Si no ganaba almas, no
habra multiplicacin, se detendra la obra y ocurrira el desastre a toda la humanidad. Tal
revelacin lo motiv a la responsabilidad y el compromiso, pues dijo: ".y su gracia no ha
sido en vano para conmigo, antes he trabajado ms que todos ellos; pero no yo, sino la
gracia de Dios conmigo" (1 Corintios 15:10).


Un mundo se pierde, y Dios nos confi -a usted y a m- la responsabilidad de la salvacin
de las almas. Gracias a l, en la Visin Celular est el paquete completo, porque no slo
ganamos almas, sino que el Espritu Santo da el entendimiento para consolidarlas
(cuidarlas), discipularlas y enviarlas. Es el proceso previsto para que la Visin corra, se
extienda y llegue hasta lo ltimo de la tierra.






THE LEADER SHOULD ALWAYS BE AN EXAMPLE


Paul said, "Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ"
(1 Corinthians 11:1).

The writer to the Hebrews, when referring to faith, says, "This is what the ancients
were commended for" (Hebrews 11:2). When we began to grow in ministry, someone
told me, "Pastor, why don't you organize a series of conferences aimed at the pastors
of the city so they can learn about multiplication?" I answered, "Pastors are experts at
listening to conferences and attending seminars, but the message that will touch them
and penetrate the depths of their heart, is an example. So that's why we must teach
by example." This really challenged them. When they saw growth, they were uneasy
about how we had been able to do it.

The leader must speak to his disciples with their example. They look at his life, his
family, and his testimony. We must maintain a high testimony if we live a life of faith
and we move in the supernatural dimension. There isn't another way to convince
unbelievers; only by preaching supported by the power of God with signs, wonders and
fruit.



Don't allow God's dream to die
In my own life, I have experienced that dreams can die and the Vision that God gave
us can burn out. Worries, problems, conflicts and necessities make this happen. Many
are so worried about the work of God that they lose the vision of the multitudes, the
primordial vision. The author of Ecclesiastes said it like this: "As a dream comes when
there are many cares, so the speech of a fool when there are many words"
(Ecclesiastes 5:3).

When affirming our call to the ministry, we must do it in an efficient way. Many people
don't grow in the ministry because they have never seen it in their minds; they have
never visualized more people than they already have. Our responsibility is to commit
ourselves to God, making the choice to be the best multipliers, reproducing faithfully in
others. We have been called to multiply. Twelve people must come out from you; from
that twelve comes the 144; from the 144 comes the 1,728; from the 1,728 comes the
20,736; from the 20,736 comes the 248,832; from the 248,832 comes the 2,985,984,
giving rise to 35,831,808.


The apostle Paul understood this when he said, ".Yet when I preach the gospel, I
cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!"
(1 Corinthians 9:16). God opened his spiritual eyes and he could clearly see the
tragedy that would happen at the worldwide level if he did not speak. If he didn't win
souls, there would not be multiplication, the work would be delayed and human
disaster would occur. Such revelation motivated him to responsibility and commitment,
because he said, ".But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was
not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them-yet not I, but the grace of God
that was with me" (1 Corinthians 15:10).


A world is lost, and God trusted us-you and me-with the responsibility of salvation of
souls. Thanks to Him, in the Cellular Vision is the complete package, because not only
do we win souls, but the Holy Spirit helps us in consolidating them (caring for),
discipling them, and sending them. It is the predicted process by with the Vision can
run, extend and go to the ends of the earth.
