BACKGROUND:
The reason behind conducting research on this area is that; this is the main problem these days found in many organizations. While doing any job in any organizations, most of the employees found hectic in performing their tasks and duties having their working environment full of politics where they cannot put in their full efforts, and if they put efforts they get barriers in the success in career of job which is named as Politics in their work place. This research is needed to know why politics occur in workplace and how it demolishes everything of the person who has been working hard in achieving the target of organization and who has been striving to be best in all his expertise in fulfilling the goal of the organization. This plays quiet badly in the performance of the employee cause when they got mentally disturbed and not feeling comfort while working, and who has been affected badly by the politics occurring in his surroundings, which leads to the weakest performance and make the person worst in the eyes of other and leads to failure of his job. In this regard it is very important to know its pros and cons in todays world.
METHODOLOGY:
The methodology of the study is going to be based on primary and secondary data both. The study depends mainly on the primary data which is going to be gathered by the well-framed and structured questionnaire to get considered responses of the respondents.

1. The research sampling method that will be used in this study is random sampling to obtain a more specified and accurate results representing the entirety of the population. 2. Number of people will be contacted will almost 32-35 3. The method what I am going to use for data collection is through Questionnaires which will be made and the scale through I will see responses will be done through Likerts Sscale. 4. Type of data analysis would be of either regression or correlation or either mean. 5. Type of my research is quantitative. 6. No personal information is going to be collected.
TIME TABLE:
1. Literature review = 3days 2. Questionnaire making=3days 3. Data collection= 1week 4. Data analysis= 3days 5. Report writing= 5days Total = 21 days
DISSEMINATION:
As I will get the results of my research, I will prefer to discuss it with my family and friends to let them know what has been done in research and what are the results of this research. To increase their knowledge I will only prefer to discuss, as far as publishing my research is concerned, I will not prefer to publish my research.
