Relevant Experience Lead situation analysis to determine new opportunities for revenue growth and identified areas for process improvement for $2M gift retail store. Managed $100M in rebates from pharmaceutical vendors. Also forecasted a quarterly accrual by trending and tracking major drugs that have rebates associated with purchases. Developed policies and procedures for the rebate accrual and Medicare reporting processes. Business lead in implementing a rebate invoicing system. Project Manager for a program wide SOX initiative for Pharmacy. In this project, provided oversight for the entire SOX cycle. Able to create SOX Key Controls from scratch by examining and analyzing our current processes. Once the controls were created, led the remediation effort for the Pharmacy Division to be compliant within the SOX guidelines. Test scripts were developed and controls were tested by an outside auditor. Any deficiencies that were found were remediated. Created a Strategy Map for the California Pharmacy Organization that linked our strategy to balanced scorecard metrics for performance management. Led variance analysis for Northern California Kaiser pharmacies. Was able to identify a $3M inventory variance error that improved the divisional financial statement. Director for the Over the Counter Products (OTC) business for 200 pharmacies in California which representing $50M in sales. Responsible for bottom line accountability. Increased sales by $5M over two years, by developing point of sale promotions, inventory management and increased awareness to members and physicians. Created an OTC marketing assistant program. After presenting the program to senior management and getting their support, created a team by hiring, training, and managing seven Marketing Assistants. Responsible for the Due Diligence process for tracking, reporting and managing the estimated $125M in savings in an integration of Kaisers Northern and Southern California division. Presented my findings to the executive senior vice-president on a monthly basis.

Developed metrics and performance management tools for the PBS A/R redesign project, for Kaiser Permanente. Created reconciliation and issue identification process for the pilot of a new billing system for Kaiser Permanente. Developed process for defining and creating reports for new billing system for PBS Kaiser Permanente.
