MINUTES OF THE MEETING 5 September 2011 MTH 106 1:35 2:00 PM Present: Mr. Jason R. Roque Group Leader (Presiding Officer) Ms. Ma. Sheila S. Del Rio Absent: Ms. Abigail Pauline F. Frias Ms. Kristine Carl S. Someros Proceedings: 1. The meeting started at 1:35 in the afternoon with an opening prayer led by Mr. Jason R. Roque 2. The presiding officer called the meeting to order.

DISCUSSION / S University Speaker Problem: Mr. Roque raised that the dissemination of information inside the University was not very efficient. Ms. Del Rio also raised that not all of the students knows the latest news inside the school due to the slow announcements. Concerns: Mr. Roque suggested that this project will be very helpful to inform every student about the latest news inside the University. He also included that this speakers should be installed in every college building for the widest dissemination. LED Wall Posting Problem: Mr. Roque said that the University, Council, and Organizations announcements are not very visible to the audience due to the lack of posting areas in the University.

Ms. Del Rio included that sometimes the organization doesnt have room for posting because the council and the universitys announcements are the priority. Concerns: Mr. Roque said that this LED wall must be installed at three areas in the University namely, Rotunda, Administration Building, and the Square Canteen Area. Water Shed Problem: Ms. Del Rio said that only some areas inside the University have water shed and almost those water sheds have leaks already. Mr. Roque also included that the pathway inside the University doesnt have any shed when its rainy seasons. Ms. Del Rio said that the students are getting wet due to that. Concerns: Mr. Roque said that this shed should be placed in the pathway of the route to the colleges buildings.
