Further comments & Reference: it's hardly for me to keep track EST cause sometimes when I ask the process of don't believe you but actually the process is not good as I expected. Put your expectation higher and keep track y keep updating to me often so that we can realize the problems soon. You know, when I do a task alone, I can not and the same to you, the recent events show that you and we are not experienced enough, remember you have me can not satisfy you but at least we share, we receive perspective from outside and we know more about each other team, some members are strong and hard to keep track too, keep your eyes on them and ask me for any support are doing well and keep moving on. Further comments & Reference: you are responsible, understand and learn fast about working process. With the returnee, you are supportive with any request. It's good and keep moving.
