Pupils are able to know how animal reproduce their young. 2. Pupils recognize how animals take care of their eggs and young. 3. Pupils describe the animals survive for their species.
Behavioral objective : At the end of the lesson, the pupils will 1. Know at least 5 types reproduction of animals. 2. Describe 3 types of the animals that take care of their young. 3. Understand the importance of survival of the species. Science process skills : Communicating, making inferences, predicting, classifying, observing. Manipulative skills : Draw specimen and apparatus. Thinking skills : Grouping and classifying, generating ideas.
Scientific attitudes and Nobel values : Realizing that science is a means to understand nature. Teaching and learning aids : Worksheets A, B,C, picture of animals, colour pencil, manila card, cellophane tape, LCD, laptop, video.

Every animal has their own way to reproduce to ensure the survival off their eggs and young.
Teacher wants the pupils to watch the video on how animals ensure the survival of their young and eggs. Teacher and pupils discuss while watching the video. Script: Look at the video, class. I want each group categorize 2 types of animals that take care of their young or eggs. Teacher closes the video and pupils sit back at their own group. Teacher stick manila card on the board. Script: Each group must complete their task at the front. Whos finished first, the group will get present as winner.
