Preface:

Being a student of Department of Business Administration in The Bahauddin Zakariya University Sahiwal. it is an integral and inevitable part of our studies to get internship in the organizations to get oriented with the corporate culture to learn the ethics and conventions applied there. This provides the student an immense opportunity to evaluate themselves in the practically exercised philosophies where the students come by a chance to explore their qualities and pin point the loop holes which can give rise to some problems in their future and to rectify these week areas before they may assume alarming proportions. The internship is also a part of that drive to infuse that corporate confidence and grace them with practical insight well before the time they may embarking on their journey in the business world. I have completed my internship in the Ali Akbar Group Lahore where by I got this opportunity to observe the difference between the theoretical and practical worlds from a very close quarter as to there lies a gulf between the theoretical and applied approaches. What ever can be learned from can be rarely been had from the theory only. In the last I am grateful to all those who coordinate their unconditional efforts in this arrangements, I found the over all experience very wining and rewarding. I hope this 6 week internship will prove a milestone in navigating me towards the right decision in future and provide me a spring board for reaching our career path with a great deal of confidence.
