Planned and effected a major product relaunch and directed a cross-functional team to develop a data-driven risk sharing agreement that tripled trial of single-use instrumentation by hospitals and surgeons and doubled users in 12 months Developed and launched a Gap Balancing instrumentation solution that exceeded penetration targets by 50% and grew incremental procedural revenue by $3.2M in eight months.
