ProjectProject-Based Learning (PBL)
Explore how to design PBL units that engages students, addresses high expectations in standards-based learning, and develops critical 21st Century learning skills students need to be successful in postsecondary learning and compete in the global economy.

Outcomes
Understand the components of PBL and 21st Century Learning for unit design. Develop a PBL Unit with the 21st Century learning to be implemented during this school year. Explore critical elements of performance of learning and assessment strategies. Preparation for Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium with CCSS.
