1) Acreage: 61.99 acres (approximately) and .65 acres access easement for a total of 62.64 acres +/-.
Of the 61.99 acres, upland acres total 40.13 (approx.) and wetlands total 21.86 acres (approx.).
2) Proposed uses are:
a. Learning Gate Environmental Middle School and High School with up to 1,000 students (max.)

3) The facility shall be a cluster of one and two story buildings totaling a maximum of 180,000 sq ft.
