Provided Oversight and Financial Management for multi-year HIV Ticket to Work Grant providing Medicaid health coverage for DC residents that were HIV+ and working. Coordinated and managed expansion of the Medicaid Elderly and Persons with Physical Disabilities (EPD) Waiver for consumer direction and assisted living services gaining final approval from CMS after defending application and funding with District finance officials and District Council.
