ISO 8573.1 QUALITY CLASSES

This part of ISO 8573 specifies quality classes of industrial compressed air for general use without consideration of the air quality when it is discharged from the air compressor. The quality class of compressed air for a particular application has to be based on the mean value of several measurements carried out over a specific period of time and under defined operating conditions. This part of ISO 8573 is not applicable for compressed air used directly for breathing and medical applications.
