EMPLOYMENT DETAILS Associate Talent Acquisition WIPRO INFOTECH (on role of Primacess) KRAs Recruitment Process Sourcing of Permanent and Contractual technical work force for different profiles for IT Domain through various means like Vendors, Job portals & Referrals for North. South Short listing the candidate Conducting rounds with Project manager & delivery Heads Managing Walk-ins for Bulk hiring. Mass recruitment for various Technical at all levels (Initial level, Middle Level & Top Level) Screening of the CVs and initial round of HR interviews for various Clients as well as niche IT requirements Scheduling of interviews with Technical Managers across Locations Negotiation with externals as well as with vendors for Monthly Salary/Rate. Deployment of resources. Feedback sharing with Vendors for the respective CVs forwarded and driving them for all the relevant open positions across various locations and clients Coordinating with Different Vendors for deployment of resources and ensuring the Joining of the Resources.
