Led content development of high-impact clinical conditions, paving the way to the creation of a clinical development subgroup within Medscape Reference at WebMD. Physician authors of key topics were not updating their articles in a timely fashion. Ensured currency and relevancy of topics by identifying content gaps and incorporating recommendations from recent major medical society guidelines. Achieved a high level of throughput of the pilot article, which became the prototype for nearly 100 topics and led to the creation of a new editorial subgroup. Reviewed disease conditions for another WebMD office, enabling internal client to acquire a $22M contract. An out-of-state WebMD office was under pressure to quickly sign new advertising deal for existing pharmaceutical client. Rapidly pinpointed relevant conditions that met strict exclusivity criteria, enabling team to bring in new business. Large Draftfcb Healthcare accounts consistently requested short deadline job completions, with limited time for fact checks prior to client medical/review processes.
