A Report Study on Consumer Perception of hypermarket

Methodology

It is the primary data collection for the research we have done personal interview.

Qualitative Research - Personal Interview We interviewed with different age group who visits hypermarket and supermarket frequently. Their perception differs from hypermarket and supermarket. They have felt like hypermarket is bit expensive compared to supermarket. Products purchased from hypermarket are trustworthy as brand image matters. Products and Quality which cant be predicted in supermarkets. The quality of service which is low compared to hypermarket services.

In the supermarkets the pricing of the products are cheap but we cant predict the quality of the products. Umaa\45\Female\ Entrepreneur In her perception both hypermarket and supermarket are equal in pricing she doesnt any difference. But the quality of the products is different from hypermarket and supermarket because in hypermarket we get branded products. In super market the products that will be very high in price and the products will be brand and we cant reduce the prices and we will get offers that too in specific time.

Reasons 1. We have chosen Nursing Superintendent and Housewife to know about the pricing level and quality of the products in the hypermarket because they are the regular users of hypermarkets and why they prefer hypermarket? 2. We have chosen a teenager as they have the habit of spending in most of the attractive stuffs like game cd, deodorants etc. Their trend keeps on changing so that is the main reason we selected. 3. We have chosen Entrepreneurs to know about the quality of the products and since they are in business they will get to know about the pricing strategy of the products in hypermarket.
