What is it?
Flex Assist+ provides mouse over hover help content messages at the field level for important object edits and updates. Accuracy is increased when the user is provided with assistance where and when they need it, without the need to switch to other applications for guidance, or track down others for help. An excellent complement to formal training programs.

Architecture Highlights
Enterprise Architecture: FlexAssist+ is deployed into the application server containing the Oracle Agile PLM files. It will require initial setup of a username and password to service requests from Agile pages. Scalable: Approver user count scales with the Agile user count without any discernible load on the App Server. Security: All requests and responses to make Assist work are local to the Agile instance, completely within the security parameters of the installation. Centralized Management: The Assist+ admin is URL based and is the method to create help text against object fields (page 1,2,3) related to selected user roles. Intuitive Admin Client: Uses a rich text editor to set-up role based help text for all cover page, page 2 and page 3 fields. Browsers Supported are the same as those recommended by Oracle for Agile
