RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Forty plus (40+) years of experience in Engineering, Project Engineering/Management and Program Engineering of DOE Environmental (Radiological) clean up, Commercial Nuclear Industry and Site Engineering. Eighteen plus (18+) years of Department of Energy (DOE)/Savannah River Site (SRS) experience which included performing duties as System Engineer for PDC Project, Senior Project Design Authority Engineer for Waste Transfer and other systems, Project Sponsor for several Capital/General Plant Projects in H/F Tank Farms and preparation/revision of Safety Analysis/Hazard Baseline documents. Preparation of DCD/FSAR COLA documents for Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant Units 3 and 4 and Equipment Qualification (EQ) Program for MHI US APWR units. Fifteen (15) years experience with several commercial nuclear plants. Performed duties as design/construction liaison involving trouble shooting during construction. 2007 to March 2012 Consulting Engineer II Assigned to the Pit Disassembly and Conversion (PDC) Project for US Department of Energy/ National Nuclear Security Agency at Savannah River Site (SRS) engineering office, Aiken, SC. as a Systems Engineer. Involved in participation of development of CD-1 Package, preparation and review of FDD, SDDs, ICDs, different reports and studies for the PDC Project. Responsible for the preparation/review of URS Quality System Procedures for the PDC Project. Supported WTP Project (Bechtel) in design of Joggles and qualification of embedded plates. Development

and review of joggle spacing verification documents for Waste Treatment Plant at Hanford site, for DOE. Supported Princeton (NJ) office in preparation of DCD/COLA and Equipment Qualification (EQ) Program documents for MHI US APWR nuclear units for NRC approval, included resolution of RAIs from NRC. Participated in development of COLA/FSAR documents for Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant Units 3/4. Performed USQ (10CFR 50.59) Screenings and Evaluations for Categorical Exclusions (Cat Ex) of procedures contained in various SRNL R&D/Operations procedure Manuals for exclusion of these procedures from USQ process. This included presentation to Facility Operation Safety Committee (FOSC) and obtaining approval from the FOSC and DOE. Prepare Auditable Safety Analysis (ASA) and Hazard Base line Documents (HBD/HAD/HADD) for SRNL facilities. Reviewed existing structural calculations for SRNL exhaust stacks in support of resolution of STAR items. Performed Accident Analysis and generate calculations in support of DSA Upgrade for Solid Waste Area Projects Division. Reviewed all existing Engineering Calculations, USQ, CHA, FHA and other Safety Basis (SB) documents in conjunction with the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) mandated Input/Assumption investigation of all the Facilities in the Solid Waste Area Projects Division.
