Committee (NSMSEC) II. NSM Sports Fest 2012 III. Rationale The NSMS Sports Fest 2012 aims to provide an avenue to the students to engage in sports activities to enhance physical fitness. The Sports Fest strives to promote physical development and social interaction in an affable and competitive atmosphere with a matter of fun and recreation. This concept is proposed in order to establish camaraderie with the students within the division most especially to the incoming freshmen. This has been an annual activity of the division over the past years which seeks to unite the students from the different programs in the division. IV. Specific Objectives a. To be able to establish rapport with the students and provide a channel for social interaction within the division. b. To promote the spirit of sportsmanship among the participants with a view of strengthening and boosting mass participation of students. c. To serve as an avenue for recruitment of players for Palarong Atenista, College Fiesta, and other inter-division activities. V. Mechanics Attached herewith is the mechanics of the aforementioned proposed event.
