The waves began to gently rock the boat back and forth. Then suddenly a great storm appeared! Waves splashed up over the sides of the boat. Big winds blew the disciples. They woke Jesus up and shouted, The boat is sinking! Do you care? Jesus asked, Why are you so afraid? Do you have faith? Then Jesus told the storm to stop and right away, it was calm. The disciples were amazed. They said to each other, Who is this man named Jesus? Even the wind and the waves obey Him! -Luke 8:22-25
