sponsored the annual Dogwood Regatta. This is the second largest youth regatta that the Westminster crew team attends and is the last major regatta before Southeast Regionals. Dogwood has a tendency to run late, so its very possible that we will not be returning until after midnight. For example, last year, our last race was schedule for 5:00 PM and we did not return until around 1:00 AM. Rowers and coxswains must stay for the entirety of the regatta even if you are done racing. Weather Right now, the weather on Saturday is predicting a high of 85 degrees and a low of 60 degrees with isolated thunderstorms and a chance of rain at 30%. Last year, it was very sunny and hot and several girls burned, so make sure you bring SUNBLOCK! Also, with the potential for rain, be sure to bring rain gear.
