The Government of Sind has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development towards the cost of Sind Education Reform Program (SERP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply of Printing Material & Other material for Sindh Education Management Information System (SEMIS). 1) Interested eligible suppliers/ venders / firm may obtain further information from Reform Support Unit, NJV School, M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi. 2) Any quotation failing on any of the specifications shall be rejected. Any quotation not offering against all items shall be deemed incomplete. Quotations must be delivered to the above office before 12:00 (noon) on 05.01.2012. National Tax Number (NTN) should be provided along with the quotation. Rates must be accompanied of all taxes, transportation or delivery charges, labour charges, etc. 3) The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
