ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITY:-

Modifications of the Equipments in 2D as suit to site. Preparation of all types of layouts including plotting,land scaping, etc. Preparation of detailed drawings for fabrication purpose. Preparation of Bill of materials for fabrication, planning purpose. Incorporate all relevant data for Manufacturing like, Geometric Tolerances, Surface finish, Material etc. Coordination with fabrication shop for clarifying their doubts. Coordination with Client, Vendor, Sub-Contractors etc. Preparation Modification drawings with BOM of the equipment as suit to Operation team to improve productivity and achieved good result. New connectional Design drawings development, support from proposal drawing preparation/Management approval/Preparation detail drawings/material selection/bill of material etc. Project co-ordination:- Communication with vendors, vendor project drawings checking with material flow/BOM. Checking Site support for erection, Technical support to user. Reverse Engineering:- Checking step of reverse engineering. RE activities are Sketching, measuring, CAD Operations Fits and Tolerance Functional cross checking design for al machine parts and checking. Inspection :- All stages inspections at vendor region for manufacturing of fabrication structures, spares And preparation for BOM and inspection reports. Standardization and Support:- Familiar with standards DIN,IS,ANSI and ASTM, Comparison of Indian & Foreign Standards, Equivalents, Technical Support to user department and vendor Clarifications.
