Procedure
.
Combine phase A: Add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 to deionized water. Add remaining ingredients with gentle
mixing. Heat to 75, stir until uniform.
. Cool to 60, neutralized with phase B
. Cool to 50, stir phase C to phase A+B, maintain temperature at 50C and gentlely mix for 20 minutes.
V. Cool to 40, add phase D to the batch in order, while mixing.

Method
Disperse the Natrosol 250 HHR into the water with fast stirring. Add PVP K30 and begin heating to 65-
70C. Separately combine the oil phase and heat to 65-70C. Add the oil phase to water phase with
fast stirring. Reduce stirring speed and at < 45C add TEA premix. Then add Crothix Liquid and
Mirustyle MFP PE. At 35C stir in the remaining ingredients.

S. Add each ingredient in Phase D in order, with sufficient mixing between each addition

heat gently to about +0C. Nix until uniform
7. Add Phase C to main container and mix until uniform.

Procedure
1. !n Phase A, disperse UltraThix P-100 into deionised water. When the
particles are fully wet, add TEA to neutralize UltraThix P-100 untill it is fully
dissolved
2. Add the remaining ingredient in Phase A to the batch and mix well
3. Heat Phase A to 80 - 8SC
+. Premix Phase B and heat to 80 - 8SC
S. Add Phase B to A with good stirring
6. At ~70C, add Phase C
7. Cool the batch to ~S0 - 60C and add Phase D into the batch with good
mixing. At this stage, Aquastyle 300 will smooth the wax texture
8. Cool to +0
0
C and add in the remaining ingredients in Phase E (premix). Stir
until uniform
