NEW TOPIC:- A study of factor influencing minority entrepreneurship to start the venture. ABSTARCT
The recognition of entrepreneurial role as separate factor of production since these days of industrial revolution during the past decades the special developmental and protective measures introduced for safeguarding the interests of small business, particularly the first generation entrepreneurs evolved by the governments and development agencies have changed the social composition of entrepreneurship significantly. It is no more dominated by traditional class of entrepreneurs like parsis, jains, marwaris and banias. Numerous first generation entrepreneurs from the category of workmen like carpenters, blacksmiths, agriculturists, petty shopkeepers, and the service class are joining the mainstream of entrepreneurship and operating their business enterprises successfully. The share of women entrepreneurs is also increasing in terms of geographical spread entrepreneurship is splitting over the limits of cities and big towns to rural and backward areas and to study various factors that influence minority entrepreneurship to start their venture and comparing the common factors of entrepreneurship with that of minority entrepreneurship.
The factors that contribute to the growth of entrepreneurship are different in nature and they are not countable. There is need of counting factual aspects, social and cultural variables such as
family background, rapport with leading personalities, industrialists, political affiliation etc in order to find out influencing factors for minority entrepreneurship.
LITREATURE REVIEW
Entrepreneurial development of India-Analysis of some key factors Balu.V Department of commerce, D.B Jain college, Thorapakkam Chennai stated various factors that influencing entrepreneurship in individual dividing them into different categories like social, political etc. Entrepreneurship among minorities in small scale industries Santosh pinto and Dr. A.Raghurama of Government of first grade college, mangalore provides relation ship between smaal scale industries with that of minority entrepreneur. Entrepreneur communities and their motivation A Sahay and M. S. Chhikara of MDI, Gurgaon stated motivation among different communities to start their venture specially focusing on cybercaf business.
OBJECTIVE
To study factors that influence minority to start their venture. To find out is the factors for influencing entrepreneurship for minority and majority are same or not.
HYPOTHESIS
H0= Factor that influencing minority and majority entrepreneurship is same. H1= Factor that influencing minority and majority entrepreneurship are not same
RESEARCH METHODOLGY It is kind of Qualitative and quantitative research in which primary data is taken and it is type of descriptive study. Qualitative research: In this structured interview would be taken to know the factors that influencing the entrepreneurship. Quantitative research: In this by using questionnaire to both group of people by proper sampling findings can be obtain to prove hypothesis.
