Batching Capabilities

Using batch list can dramatically reduce time you would usually spend manually page numbering each individual file, to go into batch mode click on the Menu then click Batch-->Prepare a list, the box like the below will appear.

To add files to the list:a) Use windows drag and drop, i.e. open windows explorer and select the files you wish to add and drag them

into the list window. b) Scan your hard disks for pdf files and add them in one quick swoop, to do this click Menu --> File --> Scan for files, then select a directory to add and all pdf's under that directory + subdirectories will be scanned also. you can also re-order the list by pressing 'a' or 'z' keys, or right mouse on the item to move files up and down the list. now you can save, load or append a previous list from the file menu. To process the list click 'Close' and 'Print' button or Process List from the menu.
