Purchase the property, let it sit for a few years and resell after the economy and demand for hotel properties has increased:
Tired of loosing money in the stock market? Properties have always been a safe long-term investment and especially massive waterfront properties can only go up as availability is limited.
Estimated Taxes for the property are less than $5K year or $25K for 5 years. We have a bank appraisal from May 2008 (after the market started going down) for nearly $22Million ($15/square meter).
