Course Objectives In order to determine the value of this course and to ensure that the concepts, principles, and problem-solving skills developed in the course will be applied on the job or in future academic settings, a set of objectives has been established. This will include the IT infrastructure and E-commerce technologies. Teaching Methodology
Students will be required to read the chapters and reference materials related to the topic for the week. Key topics will then be discussed in the class. Students will be encouraged to share their understanding with the class, listen to other peoples views, give arguments and examples where necessary to reinforce their understanding. I will facilitate students to look at the practical implementations and utility of technology and systems we are studying. We will discuss real life examples of systems we are studying. Case studies, quizzes and hand on tasks will be used regularly to give students first hand knowledge of the hardware and software they are reading about.
