Introduction Diverse effects of computers invade the society for our fast changing world computers can make human life fascinating and comfortable the seed of progress that the past decade have planted in inevitably growing. Nowadays, computer is the most powerful tool of the society. Current innovations on business, medicine, institution and society are the major contribution of the so-called machine. Computer also replaces manual system and traditional methods. No wonder that the demand for computer and computer related objects is unbeatably high. Information Technology has involved as in the case of business and medicine and also in school which is responsible to the social and economic needs society. As society become more complex, information technology develops new concepts and techniques to meet the overincreasing need for the growing of modern technology. Without information technology, many complex development may never been undertaken. The institute of Information and Communication Technology (CCIT) is the flagship of Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus and is the center of Information Technology of the ISU system throughout the province. It is headed by the Dean, Ms. Mary Jane S. Bitanga, supported and assisted by her faculty and stuff.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY The main purpose of this study is to develop a Faculty Office Management for the faculty of the Cauayan National High School Cauayan City, Isabela.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEMS The researchers will conduct their study to find solutions of the following problems: 1. What are the levels of the respondents in term of position? 2. What are the extent of the problems encountered by the group of the faculty, operation and service in the use of a manual process of computing a grade in terms of: 2.1 Performance 2.2 Information and Data 2.3 Economics 2.4 Control and Security 2.5 Efficiency 2.6 Service 3. Is there a significant difference on the extent of the problems encountered by the groups of respondents in the use of manual process of cataloging in terms of Performance, Information and Data. 4. What are the different advantages of using the computerized System in terms of : 4.1 Performance of the student 4.2 Information and Data etc. 5. Is there a significant difference in the perception of the groups of respondent on the advantage of using the proposed system in terms of Performance etc.

METHODS OF RESEARCH AND PROCEDURES Research Instrument The researchers made used of questionnaires in order to gather the data regarding the attitudes or opinions of the respondents of the study about the present existing system that may help in answering the stated problems and to test the hypothesis. Researchers conduct an interview with the Head, Teachers and Faculty of the Cauayan City National High School Cauayan City Isabela, through the interview. The researchers gather information from the concerned respondents that will lead to the success of developing the present system. Observation was used in this study to verify the gathered data and information by observing the flow of manual system at the Cauayan City National High School. This enabled the researchers to develop a Computerized. Faculty Office Management that may help the school in their faculty. The researcher used library researched by reading unpublished thesis and other related books that will serve as a guideline and it enabled the researcher to make document analysis from similar studies and procedures.

DATA PROCEDURES The researchers made a survey for gathering the data needed in determining the problems encountered by the teachers and faculty in their manual system.

Cost and Benefit Analysis Benefits: - Impoved performance - Minimized processing cost Cost: Operating cost - Operating cost are the expenses required for the day to day running of the system. This includes the maintenance of the system. That can be in the form of maintaning the hardware or application programs.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS The Proposed Grading Systen of Cauayan City National High School attemted to develop a Grading System for Cauayan City National High School Cauayan City, Isabela. Specially, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What system does the faculty members use in computing the grades of the students? 2. How long does the faculty members issue the grades after final examination? 3. What is the level of the faculty members in using computers? 4. How long does it take for the faculty members to compute grades? 5. Does the faculty of the school have a existing computerized grading system? 6. Does the faculty member use computers in computing student grade? 7. What is the expected output for the grading system of the school?

CONCLUSION Based on the findings of the analysis of the present system the proposed system it was found out that: 1. The device used in computing of the grades of the students is slow. 2. Delayed of issuing the grades of the students. RECOMMENDATION Based on through analysis of the study of the researchers of the present system for Faculty Office Management of Cauayan City National High School-Cauayan City Isabela. The researchers recommend the conversion of the present system into a computerized are for the following reasons: 1. The proposed system generates and produces computerized documents. 2. To affair the maximum level of an efficiency in handling data. 3. To eliminate or at least minimize the problems in the present system, and 4. It is easy to manage and maintain and
