Self-Perception Self-Concept Pattern The client is a shy type of a person; he verbalized that Hindi ako nakikipagkaibigan hanggat hindi

ako kinakausap. He is satisfied and thankful of whom he is right now because when he was still in high school there are some whom he quoted as fault finder, someone who looks for mistakes he had done but now his socialization to others is okay now because the discrimination from his past classmates has ended. One of his goals in life is to finish his studies and help his parents. He does have mood swings which includes being easily angry when he sees his enemies and easily gets angry with himself whenever he hurts someone. But when he doesnt have any mood swings most of the time hes happy. He has equal treatment with regards to his friends and bonds with them. The client sees himself 5 years from now as a nurse who works for his future together with his special someone. He likes a person who is kind, thoughtful and helpful. He rates his self esteem7 out of 10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest), he rates himself as such because he said that,Kasi once na nakagawa ako ng mali, palagi kong sinisisi ang sarili ko kaya ganon na lang kababa. He feels stressed due to paper works and graded activities. He copes with it by staying in his room sleeping; listening to music about dances, mellow music and Christian songs. Whenever he has problems he tells it to his friends. When bad things happen such as when he is the leader of a group and no one helps him and whenever they commit mistakes and they are still the one whos angry with him, he feels nervous and experiences mental blocked for the next activities. He feels rejected whenever he is being ignored by others.
