ASSESSMENT-1 Do you have what it makes to be political? ANS: SCORE 7 The Score shows that I believe in others. I think that they are honest, fair and will not my advantage. In the current situation have a very little understanding about politics. Politics play very important part in todays world. To become victorious person in the society, politics play essential role. I got 8 score that shows that am poor at politics, so I have to improve my skill in political things. I dont want to hurt feelings of others for personal benefit. I never wait for anything in return, I just do for others. I just want to work together with others in a group. To be successful in this competitive business environment, I would need to grow some of the following characteristics: I will be deciding my work carefully. I will be avoid tarnish people and support my boss. I will be completing every job at listed time with positive attitude towards seniors, colleagues and boss. I will be trying to develop friendly relations within business environment to learn standards of the organization. I will be trying to build relationship between people in the Organizations. I need to more focused and aware of things around me.

ASSESSMENT-2 Whats your decision making style? Ans: Directive: 89, Analytic: 68, Conceptual: 60, Behavioral: 83 This assessment tells that I have achieved highest in Directive decision making style, between the four decision making styles. It clearly indicates I have low power of tolerance for ambiguity and instructive nature. I take decisions very fast without analysis the problems. It clearly shows that I assess only few alternatives which are incorrect. I am very well-organized and logical. The Behavioral style is the second highest that shows generally like to do my work with others. I always try to avoid conflicts with others. I also communicate and discuss with subordinates before making decision. I need to improve be decision making style in the following areas: People should be treated equally and equal and important and make a democratic environment. Final Decisions should take after possible alternatives. Try to identify and acknowledge the situations. Always give positive feedback to others. Always try being efficient and effective with logical skills.

ASSESSMENT: 3 How creative are you? Ans: Score 72 This assessment shows that my performance is beyond average which shows I am a very innovative person. Innovation means creating new ideas and methods to find unseen problems and to find solution to these problems. However being innovative person help me to face challenges which I face in my daily life. Being an innovative I am independent and motivated person. Following are the new ways to solve my problems: Avoid stress while working Always has confidence to create new ideas to find the solutions of the problems and develop positive attitude Always choose the way that one want to take and never look for feedback. Always trust your ideas and develop a positive manner. Always apply the fresh ideas. Use your creative ideas to face the challenges.

ASSESSMENT: 4 Your preferred Conflict-Handling Style? After doing this assignment I found my score in set b, accommodating conflict handling style. I generally try to apply my own ideas and oppose others. I dislike who normally are against me. I am very cooperative. I want to win but I always place anothers needs above mine. This style is not very successful style; I should change my style to other styles. Steps to improve styles: Forcing behavior creates enemies, so I have to be friendlier. Be ready for every situation winning or losing. Avoid forcing own ideas and should understand others situations.

ASSESSMENT: 5 Do you understand what it takes to be an effective negotiator? Ans: This assessment shows that how much knowledge of effective negotiation. I have a little knowledge of negotiation. Negotiating plays very important role to become manager. It also helps in our daily life by solving disputes and problems. Negotiating also helps to overcome the difficulties, conflicts, complications and disputes. To become an effective negotiator following points should be considers:

Always politely responded to the situation. . Always have positive feelings towards others. Always gather all information about the company with whom negotiating. Always ask questions. Try to apply win win strategy and understand others feeling of winning.

ASSESSMENT: 6 How ready are you for coping with work related change? Ans: Score 2 This assessment score signify that I am somewhat good enough towards with behavior and work change. Its little bit difficult for me to adjust when some changes done at work place. I feel uncomfortable to adjust and communicate with new people. I have risk of change in job and income. I usually take time to adjust in new surroundings. Therefore I have to improve myself so that I can work easily with the changes made in work place. Ways for improvement: I will try being more friendly and dynamic behavior. Try to understand the situation. Try to communicate with new people and appreciate their views. Dont Judge people without knowing them. Try to build a trusty environment among your colleagues.

ASSESSMENT: 7 How well do you handle stressful situations? Score- Knowledge self (10), Many Interest (9), Variety of reactions (11), Accepts others values (10), Active and productive (10), OVERALL SCORE (50) Ans: After doing this assessment I got 50 score which shows I good in I m very good in stressful situations. The best ways to handle stressful situation is to check others what they do in same situation. I always listen to music to overcome stress. Time management also play very important role to avoid stress. I spend time with my friends when I am in stress. Following are the a few ways to handle stressful conditions: Do Exercise Meditation and yoga also play important role. Stay calm and fresh in every likely circumstance. Share your feelings with your near ones so that you will better. Always try to forgive others for their mistake. No need to argue in the conflicts.

ASSESSMENT: 8 Do you listen actively? Score: 22 I got 22 score in this assignment. The results show that I am not a good listener. Moreover I lack of eye contact with speaker. Furthermore, I be uncertain in asking questions and never clear my worries. I am physically present but my mind is somewhere else. I have very little qualities of good listener. Following are the ways to improve: Always maintain proper eye contact. Try to watch facial expressions and body posture. Always clear the doubts and ask questions. Show full interest, focus in the conversation. Never over talk first listen and then speak

ASSESSMENT: 9 How well can you connect with people? Ans: I scored 35 in this assignment that shows I am good at communicating with strangers. Without communication it is impossible connect with others. Good communication play vital role in our life. It play effective role in our success. I always like to share my views with other and always want feedback from them. I always want to talk about those which other people want

to listen. I believe social environment also play important which is done with the communication skill. Ways to improve the communication skills are as follows: Try to improve more communication skills. Be self confident while communicating with others. Talk less, listen more. Always try to give positive feedback. Try to make your conversation interesting.
