Annex A ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS I Submission of Claims / Documents Please furnish the original receipts in respect of your claims eg.

dental/health screening/optical, transport claims submitted in the past 12 months to Corp HR (Attn: Mr Lam Siew Kay). Failure to do so may result in the recovery of the paid reimbursements. Any dental/health screening/optical expenses incurred during your notice period will not be reimbursed. Please forward the medical certificates to SSPL (Attn: Ms Raiyah) in support of all the medical / hospitalisation leave. Failure to do so may result in the medical leave being treated as no-pay leave, and the deduction thereof from your salary. II Absence from Duty during Notice Period Please note that you will need to work the full duration of your notice period. Absence from duty within the notice period must be covered by approved annual leave, medical certificates or other authorised official documentary proof. If you are unable to produce proof to substantiate your absence on any day during the notice period, such absence will be treated as no-pay leave, and you will be considered as having served short notice. III Return of Office items To facilitate us in paying your final salary, please return your Staff Identity Card and S or E Pass (if applicable) to Ms Sarah on your last day of service. IV Confidentiality Clause You shall not, whether during the continuance of your employment or thereafter, except as required by law or authorised or required by your duties, disclose to any person, firm, company or other entity any trade secrets, secret or confidential operations, processes or dealings or any information concerning the organisation, businesses, finances, transactions or affairs of the Company or its related corporations, which are of a confidential nature. This restriction shall continue for so long as may be permitted by law. You shall not use or attempt to use (whether for your own benefit or that of any other person, firm, company or entity) any of the confidential information in any manner which may, or may be likely to, injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to the Company or its related corporations. This restriction shall continue to apply and be binding on your two years after the termination of your employment. In addition, the following paragraph is also applicable: You or any of your entities under your control, shall not solicit, hire or employ any of the employees of the Company or its related corporations at any time after the date of your employment and until the expiry of two years after the termination of your employment.

Short notice refers to the number of days short of the required notice period. In such a situation, you may be required to pay the salary equivalence for the short notice, including public holidays.
