Actually this project is done by keeping the above constraints in mind. Through this site any user can access information related to hospitals. This site is designed for facilities such as anybody can fix an appointment from anywhere in the world. The project entitled Clinic Information System is developed to provide an efficient help for users. The reason for choosing this topic is that right now Internet is seen as very popular and every person is surfing the Internet for information. Since the information about health delivery systems and hospitals is what majority of people want to know, a project such Clinic Information System has vital importance. Through this site the patients can enquire about the hospitals, know the departments, treatments and doctors available at each hospital. Know the facilities available say, rooms available, ambulance available. He can register to the site, request for appointment, and know the status of appointment, book rooms and ambulances. This generic application designed for assisting the students of an institute regarding information on the courses, subjects, classes, assignments, grades and timetable and the parents. 5) TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The system provides different access rights and login for the users such as administrator, travel agency and registered members. The proposed system helps the Administrator to configure the basic settings details. The system also provides facility for the entering bus details such as bus type bus model and adding new bus.

The administrator is also responsible for adding rout details such as route name, break point details. Route scheduling and bus scheduling is also done by administrator. Ticket cancellation rule and commission details for the travel agency are also set by administrator.

Presently voting is performed using ballot paper and the counting is done manually, hence it consumes a lot of time. There can be possibility of invalid votes. All these makes election a tedious task. In our proposed system voting and counting is done with the help of computer. It saves time, avoid error in counting and there will be no invalid votes. The IT inventory list basically consists of computers, monitors, software, network devices, printers, plotters, scanners, cartridges, etc. Asset Management System is a FOSS based application, which has two major components, an application for automatically capturing the inventory data pertaining to the installed hardware and software of a computer and its associated peripherals, and second component named which helps in the management of these inventories. The Second module makes use of the data captured by the First and the financial and commercial data pertaining to the inventory. The financial details include data on purchase order, invoice, warranty, AMC and the commercial details include data on suppliers, contacts, contracts etc. The financial and commercial data have to be entered manually into the Second Module. In case of non availability of tickets, the portal must display next available date & time. There is no cancellation of tickets once they are booked. While booking an identity proof of any individual is required. An option to print the booking details is there, which has to be shown in theater and on paying the charge get the actual ticket.

9)Bidding Software The aim of the project is to develop a website to make bidding on software auctions more convenient and less time-consuming for users. It is developed using ASP.net and SQL, server. Bidding is the process of buying and selling the products through bargaining. There are two types of bidding. They are low cost bidding and

high cost bidding. In low cost bidding, seller fixing an amount for a product. The buyer is proposing. So after the bargaining the seller will be disposing of the product for a feasible amount. In this case, a minimum profit is guaranteed for the seller. High cost bidding intended for upper class people. In high cost bidding. Auctioneer fixes certain amount for the product. Those who want to purchase will be offering high amount.. The highest bidder will get the product. Auctioneer can fix the bid rate. (eg: Suppose the auctioneer can decide at least Rs.l000 more than the amount fixed for the auction of Rs.1,00,000).ln high cost bidding very rare commodities are also placed for bidding. Through Internet high cost bidding has so many advantages. So we can buy so many rare products through Internet. In this online software bidding tool is designed to use as more friendliness in three way user guided manual system. a)Admin b)Auctioneer c) Bidder Admin is a full privilege authorized user, who can keep track over all activities of seller and buyer, including all over site administration of online bidding. Auction is the process of selling the software online through the process of bidding. A Citizen has unique Id to find out the personal information in each and every department or service wherever a citizen goes. This information can be found out by the unique Id of the citizen. If any citizen wants to utilize the services or utilities by the Government or Private organizations, he has to go to each and every department with different Id for that particular department. Instead, a citizen card helps in having all the utilities and services under one unique Id. This system not only helps us to know the information about the services or utilities but also it gives the information about the character of the citizen in credit rating. This System consists of the modules like Personal Information, Credit Rating, Banking, Insurance, Provident Fund, Municipality, RTO, Voting, Passport, Travel Agency etc.

If citizen want to take a policy like Insurance policy then citizen basing on id he/she logins and register themselves to take a policy .Not only the Insurance but also he/she perform the transactions like banking, Electricity, Banking, Insurance, Tax, Provident Fund, Telephone, Gas, Movies, Municipality, Credit rating etc. Credit rating tells the behavior of the person whether citizens character is good or bad. INTRODUCTION TO MODULES Personal Information This module contains the personal information like name, id, address etc., of citizen. If administrator wants to view the personal details of the citizen administrator can verify the personal information module.

Credit Rating This module gives the information about the character of the citizen. It determines whether the citizens behavior basing on all the things is good or bad. It provides the information of the citizen.

Insurance This module provides the amount insured and regarding its installments. Basing on citizen id the insurance details can be displayed. If the citizen wants to make a policy in the insurance then citizen can make it by his citizen id. RTO This module provides information regarding licenses for vehicles. It gives the information like vehicle name, vehicle registration number, engine number, Service number, Owner address etc Voting This module provides the online voting facility. Citizen can choose particular area to the voting. Citizen can vote according to his/her choice. Banking This module allows all banking transactions. Citizen can make any bank transactions basing on citizen id. Banks like SBI, ICICI, Andhra bank etc., all the banking transactions can be done with citizen id. Passport This module provides information about particular citizen. Details like citizens personal information and date issued, valid up to etc. Objectives To enable the Administrator to perform operations basing on citizen id like voting, passport, gas, banking, Personal Information, Credit Rating, etc. 11)Logistics Management System There are several companies in service industry dealing with transportation of goods for companies or persons. They will collect the materials from customers on a mutually agreed payment and delivery terms and will deliver it. These companies will have their own branches/offices in different distant places and they are also participating in the process of both delivery and material collections. So the only way to Coordinate / centralize the operations of these branches/offices is Internet and a Web-based software. This is a single company & multi-branch/Office software. Companies can purchase the software from the vendor and can add any number of branches. There will be two types of users Administrators and Ordinary Users. Entire features will be available to admin users but rights of ordinary users are limited. On acceptance of the quotation, the customer will give an Order to the company for its service. Company will accept the order and will collect the materials from the customer to dispatch. After reaching the materials at the nearest office/branch at the destination the branch will deliver the goods to customer and the details will be uploaded to the software. After the delivery of materials, the company will start the billing and payment collection processes. In this software the customers have no direct access; its only an inter-branch system. Data entries are only from the side of employees of the company.
