The Challenge:

is Cricket Match: If BHUVANS Team Win then No lagan will not have to pay upto 3

years. If Scots Team wins then Villagers will pay 3 times the present tax

energy. He will create inspiration in the villagers. He builds the relation between high performance & satisfaction, patriotism.

TEAM BUILDING: Forming They have Common intention. Selection of team members as per requirements. The
turning out weakness into strength. Storming they Introduced with White lady. The Conflict among villager with lower caste and they have Different Opinions with them. Norming they were defined his roles and high team spirit and create a own identity Performing Full functional team Role perception Players view of their role

Coercive Power Villagers were scared from British & Concept of 3 times LAGAAN. Expert Power the British players were EXPERT in playing cricket & Organized Political Skill they Highly influenced BHUVANS team by presence of a traitor

Villagers were expecting on players (performance) Group cohesiveness he was an efficient leader & good decision maker.
