This investigation was initiated subsequent to V/SKOVRANKO*s complaint that she had been assaulted in an indecent (sexual) manner by S/EHLERS, Investigative efforts conducted pursuant to receipt of that complaint included the interviews of V/SKOVRANKO, her mother and .her two siblings, Delay in reporting precluded the conduct of a crime scene examination. A review of S/EHLERS* Service Record Book (SRB) was unremarkable. Criminal history inquiries were likewise unremarkable. When interrogated, S/EHLERS denied wrongdoing, S/EHLERS subsequently submitted to a polygraph examination, at the conclusion of which, it was the opinion of the examiner that S/EHLERS had been te ttte *eieva questions, ourang a subsequent

NARRATIVE I. This reactive investigation was initiated in accordance with SECHAVI8ST 5520,38, pursuant to a reported violation of Article 134 {Indecent Acts or liberties with a child) of the Unifora Code of Military Justie ?, References {A} through i,K) detailed investigative coverage afforded this investigation prior to this reporting period, 3, Subsequent to the submission of Heferenc* tJ) , MAJ Nicole K.
