Provest Co. Ltd is a multi-professional practice, providing a unique comprehensive route to an Architectural, Interior Design, Construction and Project Management service to its clients. The Practice recognized the fact that value management is a strategic project management technique. Therefore, Provest Co. provides a unified project service to the client adding a new dimension of project functionality to the traditional definition of Project Management services. A number of forces have been at work in the past decade that have resulted in major changes in the way that the construction industry now operates and will operate in the future. One of these forces is the macro-economic climate that has cycled from boom to recession over the decade this has resulted in the move towards single-point responsibility and management of the total construction process. Our approach in this climate is encompassing the value management services with the cost management services within a broader framework for the economic management of the project. We account that the total economic management of projects includes both cost and value. Value management is viewed more as an objective characterization of client requirements expressed in monetary term only. Cost management, however, includes cost but also takes account of the subjective decision making criteria of the client organization in perceiving what is or is not an acceptable level of cost for any given level of project performance and technical specification. Provest Co. believes that the use of value engineering procedures at the brief writing stage enables the complete understanding and success of a project. We, with our in house facilities and collaboration with its associates render full project management and design services from inception to completion.
