Optimity is Europes leading technology service provider this organization is willing to achieve the SC21 certification so as to fulfill its customer expectations and get an edge over the competitors. Apart from this they were undergoing a merger and operational transformation.
Responsibilities:

Analyze the environment in which the organization is operating using PESTL. To develop a business excellence model for a service based industry, which would replicate the current SC21 parameters used for rating a manufacturing organization. With a service base background, I had to list the parameters considered most important for a business in service industry and then compare it against the aspects of Leadership, operations, HR, environment effect which were considered important for a SC21 certification in manufacturing industry. In the course of this role, I was also involved in reviewing the strategic position of the company since it was undergoing operational transformation. I was heavily involved in the implementation of a new company-wide strategy aimed largely at increasing revenue through differentiation in a competitive market. Evaluating the firm as per the parameters and present a report supported by evidence. Considering the firms current maturity level, provide an effective and efficient recommendation for the development and implementation of strategies and policies so as to achieve the certification. Achievement: After reviewing the business model the director for SC21 certification East London division sent a mail of appreciation to our Programme Director.

As a part of market research team my aim was to find the demand and scope of the course.

Study the different categories of college listed in Ofsted. Analyze the type of courses and enrichment activities carried out in these colleges. To understand the academic scope and financial returns of the course. Conduct open ended telephonic interviews with the enrichment officers to gather information. Analyze the collected data and present a feasible list of recommendations.

Locations :Pune, India Responsibilities: Participated and worked closely with developers and project manager on a project. An exposure to gathering, understanding and transferring the client requirement in to UML diagrams and designing database. Worked on a module for a web based system developed in Visualstudio2005 for a MNC which needed a centralized system. The module developed was an administrator module which provides him the details about the user and allocate necessary rights to the user as per the requirement.

Achievement:
