Quality Plan
The Quality Plan contains the quality standards, quality assurance processes and quality control activities for a project. For AMP (IT) projects a Risk Management Plan, in conjunction with the Project Plan, should be approved by the steering committee, then sent to the Project Portfolio Office at project_portfolio@qut.edu.au for PMF compliance and for DVC (TILS) consideration and approval. See the example of a completed Quality Plan.
