ELIGIBILITYREQUIREMENTS: BeanenrolledgraduatestudentattheRossierSchoolofEducationforthe2012 2013academicyear. CandidatesforthePresidentpositionMUSThavepastleadershipexperienceona studentorganizationboard. CandidatesfortheTreasurerpositionMUSThavepastleadershipexperienceona USCstudentorganizationboard.

Mustbeabletoattendthefollowingeventsduringthe20122013academicyear: AllEGOTownHallMeetings(1/month) AllEGOsponsoredsocialevents(~2/month) AllEGOBoardmeetings(TBD) SummerEBoardTransitionMeeting(MayorJune) THEFOLLOWINGARETHEOPENEGOPOSITIONS: President: Responsibilitiesinclude:runningEGO;overseeingtheplanningandexecutionofallEGOevents; delegatingtasks;beingthefaceandpresenceofEGOtoallRossierstudentorganizationsand GSG. VicePresident: Responsibilitiesinclude:supportingtheEGOPresidentandchairingcommittees.Otherduties asassignedbythePresident. Treasurer: Responsibilitiesinclude:managingtheEGObudget(i.e.creatingbudgetsandsubmittingbudget proposalstoGSG);processingfundingrequestsfromallstudentorganizationswithinthe RossierSchoolofEducation;meetingandtrainingallfinancerepresentativesforeachofthe studentorganizationsunderEGOonfundingpoliciesandprocedures;andmaintainingfrequent contactwiththeGSGFinanceChairandtheEducationSenatorstostayabreastoffunding updates/issues.

    SocialandSpecialEventsChair: Responsibilitiesinclude:planningandexecutingallEGOevents,particularlyfalltailgateevents andendoftheyearsocials,aswellasworkingcloselywiththeEGOTreasurertodeterminethe availablefundingforevents. CommunicationsChair: Responsibilitiesinclude:maintainingtheEGOwebsite;maintaininganddistributingthemonthly EGOnewsletter;updatingEGOFacebookandTwitteraccounts;andcorrespondingwithRossier studentorganizationsandprogramadvisors.
