3. Installation of Machine: After receiving the machine, first open the packing box and check the

whole machine, accessories, tools and technical documents according to the items in the packing list to confirm whether they are complete or not, then place the machine on the flat and firm cement ground, and there should be appropriate space around left for operation of this machine. The steel backing board and the rubber vibration pad should be put on the place of the adjusting screws on the bottom of the machine body, then adjust the foot screws appropriately, thus calibrate the levelness of the machine with ordinary level gauge. Before switching on power, you should check the operating voltage to see whether it meets the requirement in the operation manual and then check the grounding performance of this machine so as to ensure The safety of production and operation. 4. Operating Principle: Model ZB-12 Paper Cup shaper is mainly composed of the frame, the driving part, the distributing part, the paper feeding part, the gluing part, the bottom punching part, the conveying part, the oiling part,the bottom feeding part,the loading part,the preheating part,the main heating (preknurling)part,the knurling part,the edge curling part,the cup unloading and superposing part and the electrical control part,etc.Every part has its own special use separately during the process of the paper cup making.(see Figure1) 5.Operating Instruction: 5.1 Functional Introduction Of Control Panel:(See Figure2)

5.1.1.Gluing Switch 1: To switch on and off the power of cupwall paper gluing temperature. The temperature

controller above it can be used for adjusting the gluing temperature and the display screen can be used for displaying the information about the gluing temperature. See the operation manual of the temperature controller for the method to use and adjust the temperature controller. 5.1.2. Preheating Switch 2: To switch on and off the preheating temperature power. The method to operate and adjust the temperature controller is the same as above. 5.1.3. Main-heating Switch 3: To switch on and off mainheating (procuring) temperature power. The method to operate and adjust the temperature controller is the same as the above. 5.1.4.Knurling Electro thermal Switch 4:To switch on and off the knurling electrothermal power. The method to operate and adjust the temperature controller is the same as the above. 5.1.5 Voltmeter 5: To display the voltage of the bottom punching temperature power. 5.1.6 Voltmeter 6: To display the voltage of the whole machine power. 5.1.7 Variable Frequency Speed Regulating Panel of Main

Motor 7: To regulate the running speed of the main motor. Press the RUN key, the main motor will begin running, then press the: key to increase the speed and press the key to decrease the speed. Press the STOP key to stop the running of the main motor. See the operation manual of the frequency converter for the method to operate and set the frequency converter. 5.1.8. Bottom Punching Temperature Regulating Knob 8: To regulate the voltage of the bottom punching electrothermal power. 5.1.9. Self-control Button 9: After the machine is started and runs normally, press down the self-control , and if cup drops or lacks during production, the machine will stop automatically. 5.1.10.Self-control Button 10: After starting the machine, press down the self-control button .And if the cup cannot be unloaded automatically during production, the machine will stop automatically. 5.1.11. 5.1.14. Knurling Motor Stopping Button14: To stop the running of the knurling motor. 5.1.15. Main power Switch15: To switch on and off the main power of the whole machine. 5.2. Preheating of Machine: After this machine is put through to the power, switch on the main power switch first, then switch on the electro thermal switch switches of gluing, preheating, main-heating, knurling and bottom punching temperature regulating knobs so as to preheat every working part of this machine in advance. The temperature controller on the control panel can regulate the heating temperature of the every part, and generally the applicable temperature can be determined according to the specific nature of every kind of paper. Under normal condition, the gluing temperature is between 150 and 170 ,the temperature for preheating, main-heating and knurling is between 260 and 290 ,and voltage of the bottom punching temperature regulating knob is regulated between 40 and 80V. 5.3.Starting Of Machine And Regulation Of Speed: Rotate the machine several revolutions with the handle (attached accessories) before starting the machine to check whether there is no interference among all the parts of the

machine. First, press the knurling motor starting button to start the knurling motor. Next, press the starting button to start the main motor. Third, press the RUN key on the variable frequency speed regulating panel of the main motor .The beginning speed should be between 20 and 30 pcs/min. Then after the machine runs normally, the speed should be increased to the normal running sped. Namely the main motor speed is between 35 and 40pcs/min. 5.4. Adjustment of Paper Feeding: The cup wall paper should be placed flatly on the paperfeeding table. Adjust the paper guarding screws suitably in order that the aspirator can draw each piece of paper smoothly. Then adjust the aerating position of the blower in order that the blower can blow the other paper near the paper drawn near loosely. Aspirator in order to deflate in time when the paper is drawn down to the operating panel. And the paper can be pushed to the gluing position by the paper push-rod. The position of the paper when pushing can be adjusted with the two paper push-rods and left-right block gauges. The bottom paper tape should be placed between the upper and lower punching moulds. The paper length fed each time should be adjusted to meet the requirement that the punching mould can punch down complete cup bottom paper. 5.5 Adjustment Of Knurling Rollers Pressure: The requirement of the knurling rollers pressure adjustment is that after rolling depression by the knurling roller, the cup wall paper and the cup bottom paper must be glued completely, thus the transudation can be avoided. If the pressure of the knurling roller is adjusted too low, the transudation of the paper cup will appear easily. And if the pressure is adjusted too high, the paper will be rolled broken or the knurling roller will soon wear (the knurling temperature also has something to do with the transudation of the paper cup). The method to adjust the knurling rollers pressure is to tighten or loosen the adjusting screws at the lower end of the pushrod. 5.6 Adjustment of Edge Curling:
