Chairman & CEO Maxim Group

Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Chairman & CEO Maxim Group, started his career as an advertising practitioner and soon became Chief Executive of his own agency, Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., which is the flagship company of the Group. Mr. Tanvir Ahmed is a person endowed with a number of distinct and diverse qualities, including business acumen, negotiation skills and bold decision-making. His style of leadership is marked by a progressive outlook for the business, foreseeing new and emerging opportunities, recognizing and nurturing talent and, above all, exceptional caring of those who work with him. History :
Maxim Group embarked on the journey of realizing its corporate vision and attaining its business goals with the establishment of the Groups flagship company.

Expansion in the advertising business

Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., in 1985. Achieving phenomenal growth right from the earliest years, the Company has kept up an impressive record of business development and professional excellence duly recognized through several business performance awards from All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS), the countrys apex independent media association that regulates print media and advertising. While Maxim Advertising serves a large and varied portfolio of public and private sector accounts, its hallmark is its specialization in real estate and housing advertising.

Expansion in the variety of business:

As a logical prognosis of this profound association with the real estate and housing sector through advertising, Maxim Group gradually extended and expanded its business into real estate marketing, real estate development, housing and construction through various companies. Maxim Marketing is the Groups real estate marketing arm that is duly recognized as the pioneer and trendsetter in this particular area and the systems and procedures it has developed are emulated today all across the industry. Maxim Marketing operates through its marketing and jointventure divisions and, over the years, has successfully launched, marketed and sold a large number of mega projects through both the divisions.

Expansion in real estate business:

In the fields of real estate development, housing and construction, a number of companies are working under the umbrella of Maxim Properties. These companies acquire land from the open market; conceive, plan and execute quality housing

projects on the acquired land; and offer these projects for sale to the general public. Maxim Properties also offers attractive investment opportunities to prospective local and foreign partners for projects of various types and nature on its primelocated landholdings in Karachi.

Expansion in public relations agency business:

Maxim PR, a public relations agency, is the latest addition to the components of Maxim Group. In terms of experience and expertise, the agency is resourceful enough to provide professional PR services that commensurate to the modern day needs of corporate and public service clients. From general media relations to developing and placing awareness campaigns, press releases, news features, interviews, and organizing news conference and other types of events are some of the key functions performed by the agency.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Headed by GM Client Service, the department comprises a client service manager, four client service executives, and their assistants. Client Service performs as the core business team managing inflow and outflow of work between the agency and its clients. Client Service personnel also serve as consultants to their respective clients and help them develop strategies to align advertising with their marketing / communication objectives. As per the agencys service policy, all client service personnel extend personalized service to the clients and practically remain available to them for contact 24/7.

CREATIVE
Headed by the Creative Director, the department personnel include an Art Director, a Studio Manager, two Deputy Creative Managers, seven graphic designers and a proofreader. The department is equipped with top of the line computers, scanners, printers and digital cameras and delivers complete digital output for all types of print assignments. From innovative concepts to sizzling copy and breathtaking artwork, the agencys creative product is designed to achieve results. With a vibrant mix of experience and youth, the creative team works as a powerful unit that is highly skilled, loves challenges and never hesitates to venture into new vistas of creative communication.

MEDIA
Headed by the Media Manager, the department consists of two Assistant Media Managers, one dedicated to print media and the other to electronic media, and three riders for dispatch of releases to the media. Media management is one of the areas where Maxim truly excels as it has been our firm policy to maintain strong, cordial and mutually beneficial relations with the media. As a result, we are able to provide efficient, timely and cost-effective media planning, buying and placements to our clients. The agency is also experienced in handling international releases / campaigns in different

countries such as USA, UK and UAE.

PRODUCTION
With the strength of its professional and financial resources, Maxim has the capability of undertaking production jobs for all types of ATL and BTL activities of its clients. The production assignments are supervised by experienced professionals of the agency and executed either by them or through top-rated outsourcing. Services provided by the agency in this regard cover the entire range of advertising-related production, including print jobs such as brochures, booklets, posters and flyers; commercials, infomercials, documentaries, TV talk shows, videos, jingles, radio features and spots for broadcast media; conventional / flex billboards, signage, and all types of material for BTL activities.
