INTRODUCTION:Last month 8th march, we were went at a industrial visit Parle private limited at Bhadurgarh. Parle Private Limited is famous around the whole world and its all products are reputed in our country and also in other foreign country. In 1929, while India was under British rule, a small company by the name of Parle Products emerged. A small factory was set up in Vile Parle (east) the suburb of Mumbai to manufacture sweets and toffees i.e confectionery products (e.g. Melody, kachaa mango bite etc). Founder of Parle was Narouttam Chauhan, in 1928 Parle Private limited in Vile Parle in Mumbai. Vile Parle is divided into two parts: Vile Parle (East) and Vile Parle (West) separated by the western railway line. Vile Parle is also the name of the railway station in this suburb, on the Mumbai suburban railway on the Western Railway (India) railway line. Vile Parle has a significantly strong base of Marathi and Gujarati population. The name "Vile Parle" has been derived from the names of two hamlets 'Idla' and 'Padla'. It serves as the location of the first Parle Biscuit factory. Parle is short form of Vile Parle.

Background:In 1929, while India was under British rule, a small company by the name of Parle Products emerged. A small factory was set up in Vile Parle (east) the suburb of Mumbai to manufacture sweets and toffees i.e confectionery products (e.g. Melody, kachaa mango bite etc). A decade later it was upgraded to manufacture biscuits as well. The goal was to spread joy and cheer to children and adults alike, all over the country with its sweets and candies. Since then, the Parle name has spread in all directions and has won international fame. Parle has been sweetening the lives of people all over India and abroad. Apart from the factories in Mumbai and Bangalore, Parle also has factories in Bahadurgarh, Haryana and Neemrana, Rajasthan. These are the largest biscuit and confectionery plants in the country. Additionally, Parle Products also has 10 manufacturing units and 75 manufacturing units on contract. And now days Parle is getting 70% profit from Parle G and other 30% is getting from other products. Parle glucose and Parle Monaco were first brand introduced as a biscuit product. Since then, Parle name has grown in all direction, won international fame and has been sweetening peoples lives all over India and abroad. Parle Glucose (Parle-G and Parle Monaco were the first brad introduced as a biscuit products. Since then, the Parle name has grown in all directions, won international fame and has been sweetening people's lives all over India and abroad. Its Head office is based in Mumbai, it been India s largest manufacturer of biscuits and confectionery, for almost 80 years. Parle G is the world s largest selling biscuit. Its reach spans even to the remotest villages Of India. Many of the Parle products - biscuits or Confectioneries, are market leaders in their category and have won acclaim at the Monde Selection, since 1971. With a 65%share of the total biscuit market and a15% share of the total confectionery market in India, Parle has grown to become a multi-million dollar company. They have recently entered the snacks market.

Aims and objective:The main vision of Parle-G to concentrate on consumer tastes and preferences, the Parle brand has grown from strength to strength ever since its inception. For fulfilling its vision they do every batch of biscuits and confectioneries are thoroughly checked by expert staff, using the most modern equipment hence ensuring the same perfect quality across the nation and abroad.

For over 65 years, Parle G has been a part of the lives of every Indian. From the snow capped mountains in the north to the sultry towns in the south, from frenetic cities to laid back villages, Parle G has nourished strengthened and delighted millions. Various people have various reasons to consume it, some consume it for the value it offers while others consume it for sheer taste, for some it is a meal substitute for others it is a tasty healthy nourishing snack. Patronized by millions for all this qualities, it is much more than just a biscuit brand. Little wonder than why is it the largest selling biscuit brand in the world.

Deliverables:According to this visit we are now able to know that in any organization structure how management works and in which environment management creates opportunities. And what is method of working of human resources management. We are now able to know that how in which condition workers works in good manners and what safety equipment they use in the process of production.

Brief summary of visit:Parle is very biggest company of India in confectionary and candies. According to visit of Bhadurgarh, The production area was very systematically and good in environment. Parle Products has been India's largest manufacturer of biscuits and confectionery, for almost 80 years. Makers of the world's largest selling biscuit, Parle-G, and a host of other very popular brands, the Parle name symbolizes quality, nutrition and great taste. With a reach spanning even the remotest villages of India, the company has definitely come a very long way since its inception. Many of the Parle products - biscuits or confectioneries, are market leaders in their category and have won acclaim at the Monde Selection, since 1971. With a 40% share of the total biscuit market and a 15% share of the total confectionary market in India, Parle has grown to become a multi-million dollar company. While to consumers it's a beacon of faith and trust, competitors look upon Parle as an example of marketing brilliance.

In this process of making biscuits every condition are taken in mind of purity and hygienic. So that Parle products are famous in worldwide and due to this reason Parle is beating its competitors.

Query session:After visit of Parle production area then we reach at hall for query session. Here we discussed all questions of related to production and marketing strategy. In query our questions answers was given by Mr. Vishal Joshi. After query session everybody was excited because we had every details of question.

Conclusion:Every group member was very cheerful and excited because everybody had lot of knowledge about production and market strategy. And how does human resources management works in good manner for make good relationship with employees and other staff members. Thus, everybody was relax with the answers of Mr. Vishal Joshi and in short the visit was very memorable.
