Section 07: Assumptions, Exclusions and Omissions Bin Salem has prepared the quotation based on the client drawings specification and requirement. However we have excluded the following from our supply.1. Designing and detailing of any other structural component or architectural feature other than mentioned here in our quotation. 2. The design of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services and the support of MEP equipment not considered in the design. 3. The supply & application of site applied paint.

Section 09: Payment Terms Payment Terms: 25% Advance payment of the value of the contract is being paid by Current Dated Check after signing the contract. 25% of the value of the contract value paid by check, payable within 7 days from the date of the approval of the drawings. 25% of the contract value paid by 30 Days- PDC, upon supply of materials to the work site (for all supplying of the materials). The balance 25% upon the completion of the erection procedures.

Section 10: Contract Conditions & Agreement Contract Conditions o Bin Salem will send the erection drawings & bills of material (BOM) to the Customer. Shipping (Packing) list of materials of individual trailers will be emailed to Customer at the time of shipment advice. o If under any circumstances, the contract gets cancelled, customer must agrees to pay Bin Salem a cancellation charge of 10 % of contract price or actual costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. Cancellation charges include the procurement of job specific materials. o Any changes made by the Customer after the job is entered in our job order register, wherein, it will be analyzed for impact on price and dispatch schedule. And in case there are price variations, the price variation order will be quoted and the work will resume only after singed acceptance letter from the client. o Upon the completion of the erection, Bin Salem will conduct a comprehensive water test against roof leakage. o The foundation and the civil works must be ready prior to commencement of erection to enable us to immediately start the erection works upon the supply of the fabricated materials to the site. o Bin Salem warrants its products for a period of 12 months from date of its dispatch from factory. o The contract shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of U.A.E.
