14-Feb-2012 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my personal opinion on the product that 2CanFit, Co. is currently developing. Please note that I am not speaking on behalf of any YMCA entity, nor am I stating any intent to engage in any business affair with 2CanFit, Co. right now. My background of 15 years within the YMCA includes 2 years at the YMCA of San Francisco, 9 years at the YMCA of the USA, 3 years at the third largest YMCA system in the countrythe Houston YMCA, and now at the Boulder Valley YMCA, each a capacity typically equivalent to the CTO. You can see more of my YMCA credentials at: www.jeffbundy.com. I spoke with 2CanFits CEO, Dan Klos, at length the week of February 6, 2012. Over the course of our conversation, it became very clear to me why the Ann Arbor YMCA was eager to become their Beta site. Creating engagement with YMCA members outside of the four walls of the Y is something that we have always strived to do, and pervasive personal digital technology gives us a new channel to extend the connection beyond brick and mortar. The YMCA has always been a community builder, and to translate that to online is certainly something that is already slowly happening in a variety of forms. The 2canfit social platform, as I understand it, is being built to address this specifically. I am of the opinion that, if properly executed, this could be the platform that extends the YMCA community beyond the brick and mortar, and provides members with a valuable community resource. If executed as described and the engagement is there, I think this is something in which numerous YMCAs across the nation would have an interest. (As of 2012, there are around 950 corporate YMCA across the USA, present in all 50 states. Their combined annual revenue is in excess of $5.8 Billion.) It is not a question of whether something like this would be of interest to YMCAs, but rather whether the team at 2canfit will have the means to build the engagement organically without running out of resources to pursue it thoroughly. I hope that the recipient of this letter provides the young, energetic team at 2canfit with as much opportunity to do so as possible. Thank you for your consideration and on-going support in this very important matter. Kind regards,

Jeff Bundy CIO, YMCA of Boulder Valley
