L.P.Gas Engineers & Consultants was set up in Mumbai, India, in the year 2000,
by Rajendra Nath Mohanty, a Mechanical Engineer by profession, who has :

Been in the LPG Industry for over three decades
Provided Consultancy services to various parties for setting up LPG Bottling Plants
Designed and erected over 40 LPG Bottling Plants & Bulk LPG Installations in India
and abroad during his tenure with various Companies in India
Designed numerous special purpose machines and equipment for LPG Bottling
Plants, which have been supplied to Clients in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the
Middle East

The Company has

A team of qualified and experienced Engineers, Cad based designers and Erection
crew to handle Design, Engineering and Erection Works and undertake LPG Plant

General Description

The Basic Weighing Machine is a Rugged Mechanical type Platform
scale, with Double Beam Steelyard, and double pillars, designed to
take repetitive shock loading with sustained accuracy.
The filling and control system consists of
Main Pneumatic Control panel
Pneumatic Sensor (for actuating the flow control valve).
LPG Filling Gun- with pneumatic clamping arrangement.
Counter weight type support system for filling gun
Heavy duty non-sparking aluminum roller conveyors on platform
Front mounted pressure indicators for main air pressure and
sensor air pressure.
High pressure hose connection and shut off valves for LPG Supply
to the machine.

DESCRIPTION The unit is designed to allow pre-calibrated and regulated air
flow through a dummy Cylinder Valve. ( to simulate LPG flow
of 0.5 gms. per hour).
The CVT to be tested, is placed over the dummy valve and
pneumatically clamped onto it.
Regulated air flow to the CVT is switched on and the CVT
performance tested.
The CVTs sensitivity can be adjusted ( if required) to the
correct level by adjusting the control screw provided in it
