SELF EXISTENCE SWAYAMBHU Swami swayambhunath Self existence swayambhu is the transcendental light of consciousness of ones own being.

g.This light of consciousness of ones own self is transcendental to ones own body,mind & thoughts.This Swayambhu is beyond the daily sensory perceptions of body,mind & thoughts.Swayambhu- the light of divine bliss,peace & love is existence in itself impregnated with consciousness,awareness,knowingness & selfintelligence.The experience of Swayambhu takes place through gurus grace. When the grace dawns,the breath stops,mind is stilled,sunyatha-the void of awareness occurs & the light of ones own consciousnessSwayambhu flashes forth in all its divine glory embracing all in oneness of divine love.All efforts as yoga asanas,pranayama,mantra repetition,chanting,prayer,puja or any kind of sadhana/spititual practice is only to purify/control the body-mind-thought complex of the human being.Focus,attention,concentration,meditation,Samadhi are only to still the mind & free it from all thoughts..It is the power of an enlightened gurus grace that ultimately stills & empties the mind of its contents.As Jesus saidEmpty thyself & you shall be filled with light. The human being is not only flesh,blood,mind & thoughts but behind these veils of covering lies your own divine spirit as consciousness awareness-Swayambhu running through your very veins,blood vessels,sinews & living body cells.The body,mind & thoughts are reductionist in nature & confine you as an illusory ego-I principle in body,mind & in thought.But when you get detached & lose outward consciousness of your thoughts,mind & body,your consciousness gathers in & withdraws into its own consciousness awareness principle,its own source-The Swayambhu i.e. consciousness becomes aware of its own consciousness,awareness of its own awareness. No seer or process of seeing or object of seeing remains.The experiencer,process of experiencing or the experienced all vanish.What remains is only YOU as consciousness awareness- the Swayambhu- the Self in totality as existence forever,deathlessness,bliss,peace,divine love & timelessness.Never was there a time when you were not, never will there be a time when you will not be,many a time comes when even Time is not,but You as Swayambhu the Self are forever.The body perishes,dies in time but you as consciousness,as awareness- the Self-Swayambhu remains forever. You are a circle without a circumference whose centre is everywhere and if you try to find your own centre with your egoistic-thought mind then you are apparently nowhere only an I in body & mind subject to death & decay, yet You as Swayambhu,the SelfConsciousness are everywhere.You as the Self-Swayambhu light consciousness are Love absolute! Bliss absolute! Existence absolute! The sufi saints have called itHu,Prophet mohammed referred to this light as Allaha,Jesus referred to itas the Father in heaven,guru nanak referred to it in his mool mantra as Saibhang,moses as Jehovah,Zoroaster referred to it asahur mazda,budha refers to it as sunyatha,nichiren Buddhism refers to it as myoho in their chant,it has been called the Tao in the far east,in Hinduism it is referred as om but also as Sat-chit-anand.The vaishnavites refer to it as Narayan,the shaivites as Shiva & devi practitioners as shakti.
