Our downdraft systems innovatively deliver ventilation power from 600 to 1000 CFM. With a 14" intake, the UCV2 rises well above even the tallest pans protecting against splatters when cooking and providing better performance in capturing steam and smoke. Full-face filters maximize grease capture without affecting airflow. Splatter-guard, grease trough, and filters are all in one integrated assembly for easy clean-up. And theyre dishwasher safe.
