APPENDIX A: Survey Tool

Good day! We are third year Organizational Communication students of the University of the Philippines Manila. We would like to invite you to participate in our survey as part of our final requirement in OrCom 143 (Approaches to Communication in Management). This survey will serve as our Communication Audit tool to assess your organizations capacity for, or performance of, essential communication practices, which aims to identify what is working well, what is not, and what might work better if adjustments will be made. At least 30 employees of SPi Global CRM, Inc. (Manila Site) will be asked to complete this 17-item survey. It will take you approximately three minutes to complete this. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be used for academic purposes only.
