Introduction
My name is Anthony (Tony) Hunter and I have been very fortunate to have acquired a good amount of
Information Techonolgy knowledge. I hope this resume contains information that sparks your interest in me as a

Work History
My responsibilities include the management of 8 people across 3 IT domains. First, I manage the Techonolgy
Team which performs application upgrades, application re-hosting and enterprise-tool development. Next, I
manage the Imaging Team which is responsible for Forms creation and maintenance using Exstream Software's
Dialogue product. In addition, this team also handles our Imaging capabilities using the Acorde product. Lastly, I
manage the Business Intelligence Team which is responsible for all B&L data warehousing. We have two data
warehouse back-ends: IBM Redbrick and MS SQL Server 2005. Reporting functionality is accomplished via
Business Objects. I am also responsible for conducting employee performance reviews, interviewing, hiring,
terminations, mentoring/coaching, project management and Performance-Based Measurement tracking.
In addition to my management responsibilities, I also create IT tools for management information tracking. I
design/model solutions using Enterprise Architect © UML modeling software. I build/develop applications using
VS 2008 Express, C# 3.0, LINQ to XML, LINQ to DB, XML, XSD and SQL Server 2005.
Product Manager Management Information Solutions, Inc. Jan 2003 – June 2005
My responsibilities included the design, development management and strategic direction of a web-based, K-12
Student Management System. The overall scope of the application base included: Student Management,
Traditional Grade Book, Standards-Based Grade Book and Gifted and Talented. Several Indianapolis school
districts were my customers including the Indianapolis Catholic Archdiocese. I was also responsible for
conducting employee performance reviews, interviewing, hiring, terminations, mentoring/coaching, project
management and Performance-Based Measurement tracking.
In addition to my management responsibilities, I also developed some of the application functionality required by
the software. I designed/modeled solutions using Enterprise Architect © UML modeling software. I
built/developed ASP.NET applications with VS 2003 for C# and VB, and SQL Server 2005.
My responsibilities included the design, development and implementation of applications and solutions for IBM
AS/400 (RPG III and IV), LotusNotes/Domino (Lotus Script), ASP, ASP.NET (VB), MS-Access and HTML/CSS
web sites. My primary customers were in the Agriculture and Not-For-Profit industries.
My responsibilities included the management of 7 people in the Mid-Range Systems Solutions Practice. I was
responsible for conducting employee performance reviews, interviewing, hiring, terminations,
mentoring/coaching, project management and Business Development Sales Support. These responsibilities
were required 70% of my time. The remaining 30% of my time was toward billable activities that included the
design, development and implementation of applications and solutions for IBM AS/400 (RPG III and IV),
LotusNotes/Domino (Lotus Script), ASP, MS-Access, HTML/CSS web sites and project management.

My responsibilities included the design, development and implementation of applications and solutions for IBM
AS/400 (RPG III and IV) primarily for customers in the Transportation industry – specifically, Fleet Trucking.
Computer Operator Church Finance Council, Inc. July 1991 – Jan 1994
My responsibilities included IBM System/36 and IBM AS/400 system operations that involved: System Backups,
User Administration, Performance Tuning and Technical Support. In addition, I also developed utility programs
for operations tasks using RPG III and IV. I also developed database applications with Borland's Paradox and I
maintained several C programs that interfaced with our postage machines for statistical reports. I managed a
Novell Netware 3.0 LAN that also involved: System Backups, User Administration, Performance Tuning and
Technical Support. Lastly, I was responsible for daily PC technical support and ordering new PC hardware and
software.
