GUIDELINES: The owner of the dog accepts full responsibility for the dog's actions and will not

not hold Junior Chamber International Lipa (JCI-Lipa ) liable. Dogs must be kept under control and on a leash at all times except when placed on the table for judging. Because the Junior International Chamber Lipa (JCI-Lipa) promotes the compassionate care of all pets, any entrants not exemplifying responsible pet ownership will not be considered. Guardians must attend to their dogs at all times in the stage and in the show grounds. Dogs left unattended and or/ off leash may lose their Dog Show privileges or participation as determined by the Dog Show Committee. Dog owners are expected to pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste and garbage in their own pop bag & dispose it properly to proper designated bins JCI Lipa will remove dogs exhibiting unsafe or threatening behavior, exhibitors abusing or neglecting their dog(s), and/or any persons abusive to Dog Show personnel from the event. There will be a panel of three judges whose decisions are final and binding. The finalists will be selected on the following judging criteria: 50% creativity of costume, 25% dog's fun personality, 25% overall memorable impression. Each entrant will receive a score from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest, in each of the two categories. These three scores will be added together to get one cumulative score. The cumulative score from each judge will be added together to give each dog one final score. In the event of a tie, the highest score will be determined by audience applause. Among the categories to be awarded are: 1.)Best in Summer Wear (male & female), 2.)Best in Everyday Wear (male & female); The dog must be dressed up to compete and entries will be judge on the novelty of the costume and effort put into its creation, how well the costume fits your dog personality 4.) Sponsors Choice-Handyman 5.) Most Obedient Dog Authorized in the stage People & Dog: Only the dog, dog owner, and show organizer are permitted in the stage while the dogs are being judged. Spectators and other guests and their dogs will not be allowed into the stage and will be requested to just sit outside the area designated for the fashion show. Equipment Needed: Dog Owner will need to provide their own collar, leash, costumes, water dish, pet carriers, props, grooming tables and any other equipment he/she may need to best exhibit his/her dog. All these equipment must be neatly stored in the holding area that will be provided for participants. Pre-registration payments can be sent thru our Bank Account. Bank details: Sto.
