EMAIL SYSTEM WHICH CONVERTS TEXT INTO VOICE AND EXTENSIVE FACILITIES

BSTRACT
Project is fully integrated mailing activities for sending, receiving of mails and additional functionalities like New Mails-Id, Multi mail-ids for existing mail-id, mail filters, mail schedules, group mails,mail history and additional feature in receiving of mails to Client Mobile device and project provides a new functionality through which a email user can convert email text into voice, so that instead of studying the mail we can hear the mail information. Email Communication plays a major role now a days. Mail browsing is routine work for mail clients. They should browse their mail application through internet application provided by the mail providers. In the Current Mail Servers mail users depend upon passwords for mail maintenance and activities. The mail passwords can be hacked by some hacking programs, so there is less security in the current mail applications. To avoid this problem we develop password less emails. In this application a user on registration provides his/her mobile number and on every login to mail server a random short code is generated and sent to the concern mobile number, the user should give the random number as a password. Project also focuses on mail clients to receive a mail message on mobile devices when ever a mail reaches client inbox. Project also provides additional functionalities like mail filters through which we can control receiving of unwanted mails, mail schedule provides sending mails on selected date and time, mail groups provides sending and receiving of mails to group of email users and history of activities shows all the actions processed from login to logout in our application. The project also provides an additional feature for separating junk e-mails to a personalized folder.

EXTENSIVE FACILITIES FOR CURRENT EMAIL SERVERS ABSTRACT

Email Communication Places a major role now a days but mail browsing is routine work for mail clients, they should browse their mail application through internet application provided by the mail providers and check for new mails, the routine work is time consuming and waste of money, to overcome these problem, we design an Mobile Mail Application through which mail client receives a mail message on mobile device when ever a mail reaches client inbox.

The project also provides additional functionalities like Mail filters through which we can control receiving of unwanted mails, mail schedule provides sending mails on selected date and time, mail groups provides sending and receiving of mails to group of email users and history of activities shows all the actions processed from login to logout in our application. The project also provides an additional feature for separating junk e-mails to a personalized folder.

DISTRIBUTION AND REVENUE AUDITING FOR GENCO

ABSTRACT This project named DISTRIBUTION AND REVENUE AUDITING FOR GENCO is going to done for GENCO. The project provides a Intranet communication for GENCO Distribution And Revenue departments for energy auditing activities. The project provides audit statements based on information received from Distribution and ERO Departments, audit statements designed are helpful for Monitoring and Supervisor activities to trace the areas where thefts are high.
The first process of the project is receiving data from Distribution and ERO Departments and provides various auditing statements for GENCO Staff. The Project activity is aimed at developing on Auditing System for the substations in the city. In this project we can audit the loss and profit regarding a particular feeder with in a substation by inputting the total input reading of a particular month with regarding to billed units. This system helps the substations to find out the status of the Feeder and loss percentage. This loss percentage compared with the other feeders and by auditing this percentage we can easily avoid power losses with in the substations. The system that mainly concentrate on the complexity in the auditing of energy losses on substations and also used to maintain a data base related to the total details of the feeders like feeder code, feeder name and feeder capacity and input to the feeders, so that the substations can easily concentrates on the areas of the city which causes of high power losses.

We are going to design a intranet communication project for maintenance of GENCO auditing activities. Through this project the routine manually process in the auditing can be eliminated and providing Adhoc Reports for GENCO department.

DISTRIBUTION AND REVENUE AUDITING FOR GENCO


ABSTRACT Vision: This project is named as DISTRIBUTION AND REVENUE AUDITING FOR GENCO the main aim of the project is to design an intranet application for GENCO to process auditing statements on electricity supply and usage for tracing the areas where electricity is misused, the Officials are facing many problems to get the details from various circles about the electricity audit loss statements. Project Specification: Existing System:
The present process of monitoring, tracking and auditing analysis is a manually and lengthy process, which starts with Energy auditing department to process various analysis and prepare area wise energy input, usage and loss statements. The designed statements are used for inspection department to reduces the energy thefts and increase the profits of GENCO. In the current scenario the Auditing Departments are maintaining the record in a manually process, these makes the analysis of information for many days and the authority cannot get right information when they want, it is also very difficult to make analysis on energy thefts and losses.

The existing system is a very complex system in which makes the auditing the energy complex when particular substation want to audit the different feeders in the different months user has to go through the different excel sheets. The existing system dont have database to maintain all the information about feeders. The existing system maintains the information in the Microsoft Excel, actually easy for the calculations only but it is very difficult to retried the data according to various constraints like area wise, feeder wise and monthly etc,. The proposed system gives a solution for all these problems.

Project provides various reports for authorities of electricity departments. Project provides fast transmission of data between ERO and auditing departments. Project provides better Auditing Analysis activities for auditing department in make Energy Inputs, Energy Outputs and preparing various auditing statements. Provides better mail communications between electricity departments involved in the project.

The guest or citizens can interact with system to find their meter details and billing details. Guest can interact with Electricity departments officials through a mail process provided in the project. User Interface Requirements :

Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, storing application data, and Interview process initiation, Scheduling interviews, storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring of the applicant. Reports may be required to be generated for the use of the HR group. This project Online Carrier Guidance and Placement Unit is an online website in which jobseekers can register themselves and then attend the exam. Based on the outcome of the exam the jobseekers will be short listed. For fresher, the exam will be conducted at some venue after short listing of the preliminary Aptitude Test. The details of the examination, venue & Date of the examination will be made available to them through the website. The Modules in this project are: 1. Administrator: Administrator has the full authority over the website. He can view all the registered users and have the power to delete them. He can edit the web pages and update them. He can view all the company details also. 2. Jobseeker: A jobseeker can register himself. After registration, he will be directed to his homepage. Here he can update his profile, change password and see the examination details and all. 3. Company: A company can register itself, conduct online examination, approve or disapprove candidates attending examination and provides results about the selected candidates.
